01. Payment Terms
To maintain our studio's production schedule, full payment is required upfront before any design work or customization begins. We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Please note that your order is considered "active" only once the payment is confirmed. However, the official product delivery timeline will only commence after all correct and finalized data (including but not limited to names, venues, dates, and media files) has been successfully shared with our team.
Any delay in providing these essential details will result in a corresponding shift in the final delivery date. Velvet Memories is not responsible for missed deadlines or event delays caused by incomplete or late data submission from the client's side.
02. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on our gallery are in the currency specified and are subject to change. As per your requirements, we reserve the right to update our pricing or service fees at any time without prior notice.
Any additional revision rounds beyond your complimentary credit or bespoke structural changes to a template will incur extra fees, which must be cleared before the final high-resolution delivery.
03. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once the design process has commenced or a draft has been shared with you, we cannot offer a refund. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be "returned" and the creative labor has already been expended. We encourage you to review all details carefully before finalizing your order.
04. Studio Rights & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill your request due to technical limitations or a conflict in creative standards. In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a correction.
