01. Introduction

Welcome to Velvet Memories. By accessing our studio gallery and purchasing our services, you agree to follow the rules outlined here. These terms ensure that we provide the highest quality of digital artistry to all our clients while protecting creative integrity.

02. Digital Delivery

All invitations are delivered in high-resolution digital formats via WhatsApp and Email. As our studio specializes in paperless solutions, no physical products will be shipped.

Standard delivery is within 2-3 days, or as specified per product description. Please note that timelines may vary based on the complexity of the customization or current studio volume.

To maintain our studio's production schedule, full payment is required upfront before any design work or customization begins. We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Please note that your order is considered "active" only once the payment is confirmed. However, the official product delivery timeline will only commence after all correct and finalized data (including but not limited to names, venues, dates, and media files) has been successfully shared with our team.

Any delay in providing these essential details will result in a corresponding shift in the final delivery date. Velvet Memories is not responsible for missed deadlines or event delays caused by incomplete or late data submission from the client's side.

03. Revisions & Edits

We offer one (1) complimentary round of revisions for text-based corrections. Any changes to the template structure, theme, music, or additional rounds of edits beyond the first will incur a bespoke fee. Accuracy of details (names, dates, venues, details, images etc.) is the sole responsibility of the client at the time of order.

04. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the design process has commenced or the draft has been shared, we cannot offer refunds. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work through your allotted revision to ensure the quality of your invitation.

05. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and creative assets produced by Velvet Memories are the exclusive property of our studio. Purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive license for a single event. Assets cannot be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without a formal commercial license.

06. Rights of the Studio

Velvet Memories reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, cancel, or update any part of our services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or cancel orders that violate our creative integrity or community standards. Any updates to our policies will be reflected on this page.
